Free delivery throughout Hong Kong: Free delivery for all furniture items, starting from a single piece. Delivery to your floor is available if there is an elevator.

Installation Notes: Self-installation is required. Most installations come with diagrams or videos, making it easy to follow (installation services can be arranged if needed; please inquire separately).

Worry-free after-sales service: If there are minor bumps or paint chips during the shipment, we will send replacement paint free of charge within 7 days; if there is any damage or missing parts, we will send one new part free of charge to ensure your user experience (Special reminder: Furniture is a large item, and returns and exchanges are not accepted for any reason after the order is placed, please understand!).

Delivery time: Under normal circumstances, delivery will be made within 6-10 business days after ordering (except for customized items and other special products). Delivery time is not guaranteed for large items. Please be aware of this!
