Shipping and return policy

Free delivery, with delivery within 4-7 business days after order placement. Actual delivery date and time depend on factors such as delivery address and weather conditions. Please be patient in case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances. The driver will contact you by phone before delivery. Normally, delivery is done via elevator (not including carrying up stairs). We will do our best to arrange the best and fastest delivery time and freight company, but we are not liable for any losses incurred due to delays, driver-customer disputes, or issues with carrying items upstairs. Please be aware of this.

Self-installation is required (installation instructions or videos are included). We recommend carefully reviewing the installation steps beforehand to ensure correct execution. After installation, please check that all screws are securely tightened before normal use. We are not responsible for any problems arising from improper installation. (Friendly reminder: If hiring a professional installer, please inspect the goods before scheduling. If the goods are damaged, please notify us in advance. Please ensure the goods are in good condition before scheduling installation. Please note that we do not bear any installation costs or economic losses.) For some complex items, installation tutorials are not provided. Please arrange for a professional installer to come to your location yourself or contact us for an additional installation fee.

If you find any damage or incorrect item upon receiving the goods, please notify us within 7 days (24 hours for fragile items/fabric/clothing). For damaged items, we will arrange for replacement parts; for incorrect items, we will reschedule delivery (you will be responsible for any consequences arising from exceeding this period). After-sales service will be delayed if the issue is caused by holidays, political factors, or severe weather. Any garbage fees incurred will be your responsibility. Please note: This product does not support returns, refunds, refusal of delivery, or financial compensation.

Color, screw positions, spacing, etc., may have slight errors/color differences due to lighting, shooting methods, and different electronic screen display effects. This is not a product defect. Furniture dimensions are all measured manually, and an error of ±1-3cm is normal. The actual product shall prevail. Please note: Some furniture is manufactured without drawer slides, the back panel/drawer bottom is made of environmentally friendly fiber cardboard, and models with top cabinets are separate designs. These issues are not quality problems and do not affect normal use.
