🔸Delivery time: Delivery takes approximately 4-8 days after order placement, excluding customized products. We do not accept rush orders. We will continue to follow up on any logistics delays until the goods are signed for. Delivery time cannot be guaranteed for large items. Please be aware of this.

🔸Furniture products do not include installation. Most products require self-installation. Installation diagrams or videos will be provided. Some complex models do not come with installation diagrams and require professional installation. If needed, an installation fee can be charged for us to arrange for a technician to come to your home, or you can arrange for your own technician to come to your home.

🔸Furniture products have an error margin of approximately ±1-2cm. Upholstered products have an error margin of ±3-5cm, which is within the normal range. Please allow for the corresponding dimensional deviations and the dimensions of the baseboards to avoid installation problems.

🔸For any after-sales issues after receiving the goods, please contact us via WhatsApp at 62107759. Minor paint damage will be repaired free of charge; for damage or breakage, new parts will be sent free of charge.
